Meet fascinating characters from the past and present while discovering hidden areas around Victoria Street, followed by a Sunday roast.
On this wonderful walking tour, led by qualified guide Kathleen Lucey, we take the streets running parallel to Victoria Street to uncover how the area has changed in 250 years of history, and the fascinating characters behind the changes.
Hear about how Westminster Cathedral was built, discover the Onion Garden and its inspirational creator, visit the resting place of the only man to attempt to steal the Crown Jewels, learn about Churchill and his secret army of spies and dirty tricks in WWII, and discover hidden oases of calm.
At the end of the walk we’ll retire to a London club for Sunday roast. This is optional, so please let us know when booking if you are coming for the meal. The cost is £12 per person, payable on the day (the cost is not included in the price of the walking tour ticket.
