Hello, my name is Rosalind.
I love everything about this amazing capital city from its history and architecture, to its theatres and shops. I spend many hours on my bicycle exploring the quieter back streets, piecing together the fascinating story behind London’s development. I love learning about the wonderful characters who made their mark here and I love the fact that this city is constantly changing. There is so much to discover – including for those who live here and not just those who are visiting.
Join me on a walk and I will open your eyes to the real London. You will be taken to lesser known places and shown details that are often missed by those who regularly pass by. The atmosphere will be relaxed with plenty of time for photos and questions and I positively encourage conversation.
I am also a volunteer guide at Westminster Abbey where I take school groups around this magnificent building. The pupils range from the very youngest to A-Level students. I love showing the young people exciting details and bringing history alive for them.
I organise public and bespoke walks but also work for corporate events and individuals too. As a mother of 3, I will happily cater for families as I know the challenges involved with walking children of all ages around a large city.
I speak fluent French having an MA in French from the University of Edinburgh and my Spanish is fast improving.
