I am a Northerner from Lancashire who came to London as a student and loved it so much that I stayed.
I love sharing my passion for London. Its hidden charms and secret delights – the little nooks and gas-lit alleys, buildings new and very old, British traditions, and meeting the people who have lived through the 2000 years of history in this vibrant city.
Some of my favourite tours are From Prejudice to Pride, an LGBTQ+ Walk around the Soho area; Suffragette City in the footsteps of the Suffragettes; Spooky Spectres around the Strand, a haunted walk through gaslit streets; and Theatreland, a stroll through the entertainment world.
And if it’s a cold, rainy day, let me tempt you with a warm tour around Tate Modern, St Paul’s Cathedral, the National Portrait Gallery or Guildhall Art Gallery in the City.
As well as being a qualified City of Westminster guide, I am a qualified City of London guide, and a qualified Islington guide. I am an official and qualified guide at Tate Modern, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Guildhall Art Gallery.
I speak fluent French, and guide frequently in French.
